GENERAL POLICIES

To ensure that our guests have the best time possible, and to also make sure that we’re able to make sure that our guests have the best time possible, the Studio Motel has put together a list of our policies as well as some “good info to know” (such as the fact that we have no phones in guest rooms) for our visitors prior to arrival.

* All rates subject to 7% NYS sales tax plus 4% Warren County Occupancy Tax.

* Special Events & Weekends rates may be higher and a 3 or more days minimum may apply. These rates are for double occupancy. Each additional person above 16 is $20 per night.

* Rates subject to change without notice

* Daily maid service provided, except for kitchen. Additional maid service is available at guest's request.

* Check-In Time is 3 PM - Check-Out Time is 11 AM.

* No pets allowed.

* There are no phones in the rooms.

* WiFi available on premises

* Quiet hours 10pm - 8am strictly enforced

* Minimum age is 21 years to make a reservation

DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit of one night stay is required to reserve a room with Visa, MasterCard or Discover. The balance is due at the time of check-in. There is no refund for failure to arrive on the date of reservation or early departure.

REFUND POLICY

Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded only if notice of cancellation is received at least 1 week prior to arrival date. There will be $25 processing fee charged for all cancellations. No refunds for early departure for any reason.
